AUTHENTICATION CERTIFICATE
A Certificate of Authenticity will be issued for an item that is verified as Authentic. Each authentication certificate is given a unique link, hosted on Entrupy servers for verification and every authentication certificate is backed by Entrupy financial guarantee. The Certificate will be delivered via mail or can be collected in person.

In an unfortunate event, a Letter of Evidence can be used as a supporting document or report for the Counterfeit explaining the inconsistency found on the item can help you to claim and regain the counterfeit purchased funds from further actions (such as police reports, lawsuits).
We do not provide authentication services through photos.

Full upfront payment is required to confirm your appointment. No cancellation. You are entitled to one complimentary rescheduling. To reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours notice.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrival / not showing up to a scheduled appointment will be resulting the payment being forfeited.
PACK & SHIP
Please wrap the chain strap and shoulder strap with sufficient bubble wrap to avoid indentation press marks. Then, seal the carton box securely with packing tape.
AUTHENTICATION RESULT
Authentic: At a microscopic level, the item being authenticated appears to be consistent with the profile of known authentic items from this particular Brand and Material.
Unidentified: At a microscopic level, the item being authenticated does not appear to be consistent with the profile of known authentic items from this particular Brand and Material.
Not Supported: The authentication fee will be fully refunded.

1. Can I send my bag for authentication even if it doesn't come with a receipt, box, or packaging?
Yes, you can.
2. What payment methods are supported by The Modernist?
Bank transfer.
3. How to confirm if my appointment has been scheduled?
Upon receipt of your payment, we will confirm your 1:1 authentication service appointment via Whatsapp.
4. Can I request an appointment reminder?
We will send you an appointment reminder the day before your scheduled appointment via Whatsapp.
5. I'm not able to drop by at your address, can I send my handbag to you using courier?
Yes, you can. As a reminder, please pack your item securely and insure your shipment with the courier. The cost of returning the item to the client's address and insurance charges will be borne by the client.
